Timothy R. Weeks was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2008 and joined M. Robinson & Company in 2010 as a tax associate.
Since joining the firm, he has represented individuals and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue on a variety of tax controversy issues. Tim also handles Estate Planning cases.
Tim is a graduate of Boston College and received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2008, where he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. In 2010 he earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the Boston University School of Law.
Tim previously worked in the Massachusetts State Senate as a staff member for the Joint Special Committee on Redistricting and, later, as a Legislative Director.
He is a member of the Boston Bar Association (BBA), the Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC), tand the Boston College Alumni Association. He also assists on cases for the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association (VLP).
Timothy is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States Tax Court.
